  • NAPIT — our regulatory body, to whom we are required to notify certain electrical works and submit certification.
  • Legal requirement — where we are required to disclose information by law, court order, or regulatory authority.

We retain personal data only for as long as necessary for the purposes set out in this policy:

  • Enquiries that do not result in a job: up to 12 months
  • Customer records relating to completed works: 6 years from the date of invoice, in accordance with HMRC requirements
  • Electrical certification and compliance records: as required by BS 7671 and applicable regulations
