Minor works covers smaller electrical jobs such as adding sockets or lighting points, replacing consumer unit components, installing external lighting, and other small alterations to an existing installation.
Yes. Any alteration or addition to an existing electrical installation requires a Minor Works Certificate confirming the work is safe and compliant with BS 7671 wiring regulations.
Yes. We charge for the first hour at our standard rate with subsequent hours charged at our hourly rate thereafter. We'll always confirm pricing with you before attending.
We are currently booking approximately 3 to 4 weeks in advance for non-urgent works. If you have an urgent requirement please contact us directly to discuss availability.
Yes — if you have a list of smaller jobs we're happy to work through them in a single visit, which is often more cost effective than multiple separate call-outs.
