We use professional calibrated test equipment to carry out systematic testing of circuits and installations. This allows us to accurately pinpoint faults rather than guessing, saving time and unnecessary disruption.
In most cases yes. Where parts are required we will source them as quickly as possible and return to complete the repair. We'll always keep you informed of timescales and costs before proceeding.
We have a set emergency callout charge which covers the first hour on site. Any time beyond the first hour is charged at our standard hourly rate. We'll always confirm pricing with you before attending.
Where remedial work is carried out as part of the fault finding visit, a Minor Works Certificate will be issued confirming the work meets BS 7671 wiring regulations.
